| Tax reform is crucial for keeping businesses and families in Michigan. Specifically, I support the Michigan FairTax Initiative and the elimination of the Michigan Business Tax. Reducing the overall regulation of business is also important for bringing companies to our state and for keeping the ones who have stayed. Our infrastructure is badly in need of improvement, and I would fund those improvements in part by supporting 100% constitutionally-guaranteed revenue sharing, which would return more money to local communities, who are largely responsible for infrastructure maintenance and improvements. |
